1. To navigate between the different Magnet Domains, simply click on the domain of interest under the UNC-REX Healthcare logo (i.e. Organizational Overview, Transformational Leadership etc.).

2. In each domain’s section, the left navigation bar contains the links to the corresponding Sources of Evidence. Click on the Source of Evidence of interest, and the narrative will appear to the right of the left navigation bar for you to read.

3. The red bar below the Magnet Domain navigation displays which Magnet Component you are currently viewing.

4. Supporting documentation for the non-EO Sources of Evidence, are found below the “Attachments” header at the top of the left navigation bar. To view the supporting documentation, click on it. This will open the document in a new window. To return to the Main Page, close the supporting document’s tab/window.

5. At any time you can pop-out the narrative to a full-screen view by clicking the pop-out icon button on the red toolbar at the top of the narrative. You will be able to zoom in for a more detailed view when you click the pop-out button.
